Astride workouts are designed to focus on a few body parts at a time. This allows you to target one area while another is given a chance to rest. This is commonly known as a split routine and will allow you to do a little extra for each body part over the course of a week or more. You will work your entire body in 7-9 days.
All aspects of weight training are incorporated into each workout. You will perform strength, speed, agility and endurance training. You will execute this training through the use of dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, machines, plyometrics, TRX, exercise balls and just your bodyweight. No stone will be left unturned.
