Every Astride workout has an option that can be done at home. Each workout includes the best exercises to help you reach your health goals. Which means you don’t have to go the gym to workout. These workouts don’t require any major equipment and will challenge you right in your living room.
Each workout can be done in a small space and doesn’t require any major equipment. Most exercises only require you. To help keep the workouts fresh we’ve incorporated the use of exercise balls, resistance bands, light dumbbells, kettlebells and other light pieces of equipment to help keep you motivated. These won’t show up in every workout, just enough to keep you wanting more.
Already have a gym membership? No problem. Every Astride workout can be done at the gym. You can do any of the home options or each workout has a full gym option that takes advantage of dumbbells, barbells, machines and other standard gym equipment.
Each workout is designed to work with the next and you will accomplish a full body workout in 7-9 days. You will start increasing your strength and endurance while at the same time building muscle and losing fat.
